How It Works

Please take care when checking your garments. Look closely at the area that needs repair, such as the cuff or seam, and let me know how you would like it repaired. Once you’ve done that, pay what you think is correct. If you have any queries or multiple repairs, I can provide an overall quote for the bundle. Just email a photo of your garment to darn@darncollective.com.

Once I’ve received your item and payment, I will add your garment to the repair schedule and update you with an estimated return date. If I find any issues with the garment, such as additional damage, I will get in touch before starting work and ask you to pay any outstanding balance.

What Happens Next

Once I receive your item, I will send you a confirmation email and add your garment to the repair schedule.

Please include your name and email address inside the parcel, so I know who it’s from.

If you have a preference for the type of cuff or seam repair, please let me know in an email. All repairs are reinforced with fabric matching the item where possible and stitched to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.
