Once your items arrive, I will lovingly repair your garments in DARN’s cosy studio in Cornwall, right by the river. Each piece is stitched with care, patience, and a lot of love. There’s only one of me, so please be kind and patient — I’m not a machine, just one jolly human giving your garments some TLC, one at a time.
Payment & Updates
We kindly ask for full payment before any work begins. Once that’s sorted, I’ll let you know your estimated delivery time and keep you updated as your piece makes its way home.
Post or Drop Off
Send your clothes to the DARN hospital and I’ll take good care of them. My studio is in Penryn, Cornwall, so if you live locally, feel free to get in touch and we can arrange a convenient drop-off time.

Once I’ve received your item and payment, I will add your garment to our repair schedule and update you with an estimated return date.If I find any issues with the garment, such as more holes than originally noted, I will get in touch before starting work and ask you to pay any outstanding balance.

If you have a preference for the type of denim repair you would like, please let me know in an email. All denim repairs are reinforced with fabric closely matching the item and then either topstitched around the edge or reinforced with excessive top stitching to ensure a longer-lasting effect.
