How It Works

Please take care when checking your garments. Look closely to see how big the patch is and how you would like it repaired. Once you’ve done that, pay what you think is correct. If you have any queries, or a group of repairs, I can provide an overall quote for the bundle, just email a photo and drop me an email to: darn@darncollective.com.

Once I’ve received your item and payment, I will add your garment to our repair schedule and update you with an estimated return date.If I find any issues with the garment, such as more holes than originally noted, I will get in touch before starting work and ask you to pay any outstanding balance.

Important: Please send your parcel tracked only. Avoid “signed for” delivery, as it can cause delays.

What Happens Next

Once I receive your item, I will send you a confirmation email and your garment will be added to our repair schedule.

Please include your name and email address inside the parcel, so we know who it’s from. Also, let us know if you would like patch-to-patch repairs or a patch from our box of materials as a fun surprise.
