How It Works

Please take care when checking your garments. Look closely and let me know exactly what you would like repaired and how, if you have a preference, or you can leave the choice to me.

I offer a range of repair options, including darning, patching, top stitching, reinforcement, seam joining, and replacing missing buttons. I will create the best solution to mend your garment.

If you have any queries, simply email a photo of your garment to darn@darncollective.com.

Once I have received your item and payment, I will add your garment to the repair schedule and update you with an estimated return date.

Important: Please send your parcel tracked only. Avoid signed-for delivery as it can cause delays.

What Happens Next

Once I receive your item, I will send you a confirmation email and add your garment to the repair schedule.

Please include your name and email address inside the parcel so I know who it is from.

For a full MOT on your garment, where there may be multiple repairs or fewer than expected, please pay the full amount upfront. Any additional charges or refunds will be discussed once I have assessed the garment.
