How It Works

Please take care when checking your garments. Look closely to see how many holes there are, their size. Once you’ve done that, pay what you think is correct. If you have any queries, or a group of repairs, I can provide an overall quote for the bundle, just email a photo and drop me an email to: darn@darncollective.com.

Once I’ve received your item and payment, I will add your garment to our repair schedule and update you with an estimated return date.If I find any issues with the garment, such as more holes than originally noted, I will get in touch before starting work and ask you to pay any outstanding balance.

Once I receive your item, I will send you a confirmation email and your garment will be added to our repair schedule.
