Please take care when checking your garments. Look closely to see how big the patch is and how you would like it repaired. Once you’ve done that, pay what you think is correct. If you have any queries or a group of repairs, I can provide an overall quote for the bundle. Just email a photo of your garment to darn@darncollective.com.

Once I’ve received your item and payment, I will add your garment to the repair schedule and update you with an estimated return date. If I find any issues with the garment, such as more holes than originally noted, I will get in touch before starting work and ask you to pay any outstanding balance.

What Happens Next

Once I receive your item, I will send you a confirmation email and add your garment to the repair schedule.

Please include your name and email address inside the parcel, so I know who it’s from.

If you have a preference for the type of denim repair you would like, please let me know in an email. All denim repairs are reinforced with fabric closely matching the item and then either topstitched around the edge or reinforced with excessive top stitching to ensure a longer-lasting effect.
